Drew is a true professional. His team showed up on time and did not rush through the job. He not only a standard deck, but he oiled all of our new railings on our balcony. This is quite tedious and difficult work. His assistant did a magnificent job. I highly recommend Drew and his team.

Horrible, horrible stuff. We were on automatic delivery with Petro and didn't have any problems for a long time. We got a new furnace, which instead of the 100% oil heat from before, is a heat pump with an oil backup. So once the temperature falls below freezing, the oil kicks on. Not exactly...

They tore up my drive train while doing an oil change and then refused to fix. I visually saw the tech do the damage and had it towed to another dealer who confirmed the damage Roundtree was guilty of. Instead of fixing they had a 1 yr no tress pass put against me and my 70 yr old mother.
