They found the leak, located a part with the manufacturer, confirmed our warranty, and replaced the coiled quickly and professionally.

I expected to spend a hot, sleepless night since it was late afternoon when I called. But he came out within 2 hours, quickly figured out what the problem was and corrected the situation. The A/C has been working perfectly since then. Norberth is friendly, knowledgeable, fair and easy to deal with. He is now my go-to person for my air conditioning needs. I highly recommend him.

I saw the positive reviews for Cooling Mode, Inc on Angie's List and was very impressed. I called them and Norberth the owner answered, and told me he would be here in in an hour, he showed on time and spent over an hour doing tests both on my air handler and the the outside unit, he found the problems and told me what I would need to do and also the cost. He was very patient and went through every phase of the testing with explanation. When I plan to go forward with the work, I will definitely be calling Norberth to do the job. The cost below is just for his visit and diagnosis of the problem.

Absolutely the best! Hardworking, wonderful work ethic and reasonable price. Norberth really took his time to figure out what the issues were and did not give up or go straight to "need a new unit". He went step by step, replaced parts, called the company of the unit to see what else could be the problem. Unfortunately the unit was bad and has to be replaced in the end. He also worked on the ducts, (which every other company told me they had to break my roof or ceiling). This is an amazing company, wish I would've hired them sooner.

I had the $58 deal, but that didn’t cover cleaning the coils. Overall price,cash, was $300. If you use a credit card, be prepared to pay an extra percentage to cover the cost of using a credit card otherwise pay cash.

Norberth was exceptional. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous a pleasure to deal with in a time of need. My a/c stopped cooling late Sunday night, early Monday morning. Made the call Monday morning and Norberth came out a little earlier than promised. He found the burned out contactor, went and picked up the part, installed it and gave the system a check up and I was up and running in about two hours. I have found my a/c man. I will definitely use for all my a/c needs.

Based on its reviews at Angie’s List, I called Cooling Mode, Inc. Within a half-hour, Norberth was at the house and very quickly fixed the problem. He was courteous and professional- the type of worker I like to deal with. I would certainly contact him if I had any future problems.

After calling Cooling Mode after the positive reviews on Angie's List, Norberth Suarez answered the phone and came over the same day to look at the AC. We had seen two other AC repairmen this and both had given me a different diagnosis. Northberth tried cleaning the unit but that did not seem to help the AC to cool better, so he refused to charge me. We agreed that the duct work might be at fault and agreed on a future date to get the duct work fixed. However, a month later, my AC was not cooling at all. I called him again, and he came over immediately. He determined the compressor was broken and suggested we install a new unit. He came the next day and installed a Rheem, 5 ton unit in our home. Nortberth is very professional and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend Cooling Mode for any of your AC needs.

Norberth is the owner and one man show. He is a true artisan and knows his trade. From the moment he came in the door I knew he was the real deal along with being licensed and insured. He repaired my AC on the spot and it is working better now. He had all the parts needed and completed the job the same day. Norberth was thorough and knew what needed to be done. The outside AC unit had a gas leak and couldn't be repaired. He explained the situation and gave me good options. I ended changing the whole AC ( I intended to do so at any point). The pricing was good and I felt he was very honest and decent. Definitely the type of person you would want to hire!!
