"The technician who came was punctual and professional. While installing the new shower head I pointed out that there was a drip; the technician acknowledged this and stated he was only installing the shower head and not the cartridge. The technician needed to use a saw to remove the old faucet handles for our sink; he accidentally cut the sink as well in a couple of places. The next day one of the sinks had a leak and the shower head had a drip. I called Service One and they sent out the same technician. Upon arrival the technician acknowledged the drip in the shower from the prior day. When I asked why he did not fix this his reply was "I was only here to install the faucets and shower head - you never asked me to fix the dripping seen in the shower..." Why would a plumber not recognize the dripping water and discuss ways to correct the issue the first time? Also, when I asked if the drip in the faucet was from the cuts made in the sink from the saw the technician stated no. The technician also did not apologize for the cuts made to our sink. I am also curious why the company did not call to follow-up on services rendered, especially since I needed the technician to come out a second time..."

We had an emergency so we went on Angi and submitted a form, someone from the company called me within five minutes and came out for a free inspection the very next morning. Before even pulling into the driveway, he knew exactly what the issue was just by looking at the yard which gave us the confidence that we had the right people. "I will never suggest or call another company for any septic issues. We had a full septic replacement done by Green's in under 8 hours. The owner Dominique is a Master Contractor and is able to schedule inspections for a specific time, the work started at 7 AM, and they removed our old tank and drain field, installed a new tank and drain field, and had it inspected by 2 PM the same day. They covered the field and cleaned up by 4 PM. Most septic companies will leave your field and tank uncovered for days or weeks waiting for inspection. The price came in right at the estimate and was very reasonable. Absolutely great work."

"Everything was fantastic. Steve came by the night I inquired about getting my house pressure washed and gave me a verbal quote followed by an official proposal via email. He had availability the next day, but my husband and I couldn't make that work so one of his guys came 2 days later on Saturday. He was there before the scheduled time and finished in about 2 hours. Prior to getting our house pressure washed I thought we would have to paint the trim, but he got everything off and the house and patio look brand new. I highly recommend Steve and his company!"

"After having really bad clogged sink & garbage disposal issues over several months I took advantage of a $39 special offered by this company.The service repairman, Chris, came on time, was very friendly and professional. It turned out my clogged sink needed much work. After failed attempts at trying to unclog the drains by indoor methods using several different lengths of snake, he ended up having to go on my roof a couple of times with his tools to finally be able to clear the drains. For awhile, it seemed nothing would work, but Chris expressed his determination and successfully completed the work.  For the first time in a long time, my drains work perfectly. His work time was approximately 2 hours. The total bill, not including the $39 special was 297.40, however, he gave me a $50 credit in place of the $39 so my balance ended up at $247.20. (
One quirk having nothing to do with the work but was a bit perplexing so I'll note it: Each time the office called me to either confirm the appointment or inform me Chris was on the way, the caller ID read 'Federal Express'. I don't pick up calls I don't have business with &/or recognize but  fortunately, I do have an account with FedEx so I picked up only to be surprised that it was the plumbing service. I could have missed the appointment. I reported this to the young lady after each call & suggested she might want to check with their phone company for an answer and resolution.)

"I initially contacted Filtration Direct through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. After receiving a call and discussing my options, I opted for the entire home water filter system.
The installer showed up in the morning and discussed with me where it would be installed. Fortunately we had a good spot on the outside of our house. Since the tanks are guaranteed for life, I was not worried about them being out in the elements. The installer did a good job of installing, and even ran the electrical under a concrete pavement to keep it hidden.
Overall really happy with the purchase and the installation.
I primarily installed the systems as I was seeing corrosion on many of my water faucets in the house. Since this is a relatively new home, we are the original owners, I hope that this will increase the longevity of the fixtures.
