After checking out the overall situation, he gave me an estimate to decide if I wanted to proceed. Eric efficiently accomplished the task, and showed me pictures of what was causing the drain clogs, and gave me tips for preventing future problems. This was really helpful! He also pointed out some other potential issues that we are now aware of, to keep an eye and budget for repairing in the future. Overall excellent experience!"

"When I called on a Sunday to describe my problem I asked directly "How much will it cost to clear the drain?" I was told $139 today or $49 tomorrow. I thought $49 was a phenomenal deal so I said sure, come on out on Tuesday. I guess I should have asked what their Tuesday rate was because when the tech showed up on Tuesday he said it would be $175! Apparently the $49 was just to come to my house. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen.
