"Initially, Solutions Concrete was one of the best companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day to give a quote, were patient and understanding when we had to change project details, and were quick to respond and happy to answer questions. However, as soon as we tried to plan a day to have the foundation poured, everything changed. I was told (on a Wednesday) that they would let me know if they would be out the same day or the next day. I never heard anything back (despite calling several times). On Monday, I was able to speak to someone. However, I had to go over the project details again. We discussed days and agreed on Wednesday. However, no one ever came out and I never received a call to confirm/reschedule. I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through Angi, but no one ever responded. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience."

"I had a sewer blockage and they came to give me an estimate. They also used some kind of scanning device to find a leak. The tore out a tree and dug a trench where they said the leak was. There was no evidence of any leak. Everything was totally dry. However, in digging the hole they broke the pipe so I had to have them fix that. I am 76 years old and these guys took advantage of me. They had me over a barrel because it was late in the day and unless I let them fix it then I would have been without water or toilet. They pressured me to get the job done. They did not even have the part. This is a fly by night company. They had to go to Home Depot to get a simple connector that any plumber would have had in their truck. And then they stuck me for $2500 which I paid. I didn't want any trouble. But now I've changed my mind. They can't be allowed to prey on Senior Citizens. I've reported them to BBB but that's a waste of time. I think that since they created a problem where there was none, I should get all of my $2500 back."
