Igor did a wonderful job to repair my garage after a roof leak. Drywall was a mess. Igor not only showed up on time but was clean, professional and did perfect work. He helped me before on a bathroom floor repair and I am extremely pleased with his work. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Igor! Until next project

Work was 1st class. Everything was done as requested and agreed. No cost over runs. This is a licensed carpenter who is a master craftsman and his work shows it. He was always on time and kept me informed sending picture of work perform while i was out of town. I would highly recommend and plan to rehire for other projects.

The owner was professional, thorough and hard-working. He also discover a problem I have with my 28’ wide double-wide mobile home skirting and is scheduled to repair it on his next visit. Also the estimates on my mobile home and lawn were reasonably priced. (Last year they did a good job on power washing my mobile home as well). N. Mason

We had a lot of wood rot on our siding in Jensen Park Estates. CHS did a great job of repairing the rot, caulking and painting. Looked great!
