He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion. "Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. The project took place in Florida while I was in New York, so Lynn handled every detail and always kept me in the loop. "The two men who came to put together a shed and installed them into our yard were very friendly and polite. They arrived early and went straight to work immediately. The only time they took a break was during lunch, then they went right back to work. They worked hard and were able to put it together in less time than I expected. I was so impressed and pleased that I gave each man a generous tip. They are definitely worth using them. If I need something else that they would do, I'd be glad to call them again."
