"Excellent experience. Davide is knowledgeable, talented and thorough. Hired his services for 4 hours to complete a long list of items. Minor electrical, chandelier assembly and installation, odds and ends. He was great and we scheduled another 4 hours for later this week. Great and professional."

"Sosso Remodeling is a must-have if you're looking for remodeling your property. He does a really excellent job and is skilled in everything he does with very high quality. I hired Sosso remodeling to do several things that were needed to be done like bathroom remodeling, electrical work, and more. The results were very impressing. His attention to detail is unbelievable! No regret hiring him and is definitely worth the value."

"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family in the South Florida area.

"There were two 1950 bathrooms that we wanted to completely renovate. We started with another contractor that was awful and was terminated. We knew it would be difficult to find a contractor that would finish the other contractors work and correct their mistakes. Fernando graciously took on the task and, lucky for us, found many mistakes. He handled the obstacles quickly and tirelessly without complaint. The two bathrooms came out beautiful with large format ceramic tiles. We were so impressed with his work that we continued with other projects in the house including interior and exterior repainting, carpentry, and general repair of some messy areas that we were leaving for another day. He was present to review the work of his crew almost every day and his crews were friendly, respectful, and cleaned up after their work. His proposals were fair but at the upper range of the proposals we received. (I have found looking for the lowest price can lead to disaster). His invoicing was timely and detailed. The only drawback is his workers are Brazilian and some only speak Portuguese. This may lead to lead to communication issues at times. Learned to use Google translator and it is was very helpful with English to Portuguese."

"Lynn Austin Home is a company that stands above the rest.  We moved to our older home in June 2013 and have had many projects and good contractors (thanks to Angie's list).  After reading reviews about Lynn last Fall, I called her to see if she could help us remodel an already existing and very ugly master bath.  I was not sure if she would be able to help us because of the distance from her office to our home.  Thankfully, she said "yes".   We wanted to keep the shower area, but desperately needed new vanities and countertops.  Lynn was able to come up with a lovely drawing for the bathroom and another project involving the new linen/cat closet(see above).  It is a pleasure to walk into our bathroom and see such a difference.  Lynn is a wonderful designer and also has extremely high integrity.   She answers my emails immediately and is always available for a question.  I am so grateful to have been able to work with her and we are now working together on a built-in for our family room.  It is easy to envision exactly what any project will look like because of the excellent software she uses to make the rendering.
I read, with interest, the "D" that Lynn has received recently.  It is laughable and I can assure anyone reading reviews about Lynn's company to not waste time reading such a ridiculous and nasty review.  The writer of that review is the biggest loser because he/she has no idea just how pleasant it would have been working with Lynn Austin.

"Mzi contracting was amazing! They remodeled a few closets in my home and my walk in kitchen pantry. Everything exceeded my expectations! They were extremely professional, easy to work with and so nice. I’ve never been happier with a contracting company. Highly recommend!"

"I lucked out with Angie's Choice, I was looking to get parts of my house remodeled since I was recently married and Amir and his team got the job done. They moved quickly within my timeframe and provided quality work."

"It went very well. The work was A1 and Kevin was very professional and responsible. When he said he would show up he did and lately that’s a rare quality. I’ve referred KD to several clients and not one has complained to me about Kevin or his work."

"Manny and his crew did a fantastic job renovating my master and guest bathrooms. He was professional and courteous the whole way through and the bathrooms turned out beautifully. He was able to do the entire job from start to finish including the demolition, plumbing, tiling and painting. He is flexible with your schedule and will get the job done quickly. Hire Manny!"
