"hired broton to replace the garage door opener and trim around the garage and the keypads. Very prompt and courteous during initial work. In 2024 had to have the outdoor key pad replaced again as it was not working. About 4 months later outside keypad was not working again and the trim they installed around the door was turning black and tearing. called for service and they told me everything was out of warranty and they would have to charge me for a service call to look at it. Called them several days later and asked how much the garage door trim was as i was just going to buy a new keypad and trim and install it myself. They said the trim was $7' to pick it up there and install myself. That was about over $200. to pick up the new trim!! Just kept getting more insulting. Last week my neighbor was getting his garage door worked on and i had him look at it; he said the trim was installed too close to the garage door which caused it to rub the door too hard and turn black and tear. I told him broton installed and he said you were a quality co, said to call you and have someone look at it and you could definitely see it was installed improperly."

I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. "Edward and his team at CAMS are fabulous. We were are new home owners who don't have knowledge of how to fix anything and this team never takes advantage of that. Edward has even shown us how to fix the small things ourself, so that we learn what we can do on our own without having to ever pay for repairs! Big projects and small projects, Edward has fixed drawers to putting in Ring Security to the bigger projects like replacing our tankless water heater and re-running all of our piping. Next up is plumbing and a bathroom job, and we wouldn't trust anyone but Edward and his team to do it. In addition, we are in real estate and we trust Edward with our client's homes and needed repairs as well. I can't recommend Edward, Melissa and the CAMS team enough.
