"After what I thought was going to be a great company looking at the reviews, it turned into a nightmare. I had an oak tree and palm tree removed and another oak trimmed and pruned. They oak tree removal dented my rain gutter and put many huge holes in my lawn. The biggest problem is that their equipment dumped a large amount of hydraulic fluid/oil that they promised to clean up and have not. I have since received no response and assume I have been blocked. Very poor customer service and communication. They were not my cheapest estimate and kept telling me that I was getting a good deal which made me feel bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone."

Meaning if you want to stay in your slot on our schedule then each scheduled service must be paid for, you can skip an actual physical service if you want but you will still receive a charge." Because of the nature of lawncare in Florida, this means I'd be paying for approximately 4-6 biweekly services I just wouldn't need. After 5 years, I can no longer recommend them."
