There was some confusion with regard to the timing of someone to do the estimate. The work crew arrived right on time. All crew members were polite. Clean-up was thorough. However, some dead branches were not removed from the ligustrum shrubs, which I did not notice until after the crew had left. One wind chime and one hanging basket were damaged, which was not mentioned and which I did not notice until after the crew had left. Both items could easily have been moved to avoid damage. I have used this tree service company several times over the past several years, but was a bit disappointed this time due to the remaining dead branches and the fact that the damage to wind chime and hanging basket was not mentioned.

Wow-what a nice job this crew did! I had a ginormous, Norfolk Pine, too close too my house. It was damaged in the last hurricane, and needed to go, before it crushed my home. This was one, big tree. Three trunks! The job seemed impossible, but, in one day, these guys worked hard, trimmed all 11 of my palms and, removed this huge tree! The stump grinding was amazing, and every single bit was cleaned up, no debris left behind! I am very, very pleased, and will use them again!

They did a fantastic job. I couldn't be there because of work but they not only trimmed the branches I wanted but a couple others to help clean up the appearance of the two trees. By time I got home the only evidence they were even there was just a little bit of saw dust laying on the grass. The whole process was great from start to finish. I would definitely use them again.

Could not have been better. Tim Called and said he 'd come over for estimate, saw the job and said he could do it this week and gave me a price.

Tim came by promptly for an estimate. He was very detailed oriented and I was impressed with his estimate because not only was the estimate detailed with a drawing and all work to be done but he also provided a packet with references, a page about the company, employees and equipment, copy of his insurance and advertisements. We agreed on a price and set the date for the work to be done. Tim and and his crew arrived on time and did all the work that was promised in one day! The crew was professional, they did a great job, cleaned up everything they were supposed to, and were very personable and professional. I am very happy with the job and the price was great!

Contractor kept in communication until able to schedule and accomplish work. Contractor was punctual and showed up with all equipment - including some very specialized thinning and climbing apparatus. Additionally, contractor showed up with capable help to assist with ground work and an overall can do attitude was abundantly displayed by all. Contractor asked for customer's opinion of thinning of tree before moving to next tree and was open minded to additional thinning needed albeit concerned about amount of additional required time it might take to meet customer's goals. Completion of second tree was spot on with no need to communicate need for additional thinning. Contractor exhibited an extreme level of professional skill and performed challenging work to the highest standard. Raked area completely! Removed debris created and restored property to an extraordinary level. Crew was deserving of and received tip above contracted amount. Had contractor provide an estimate for additional work for a later time frame. Would definitely consider reaching out to this contractor in the future and would have no reservations about sharing contractors contact information with others.

It went well. T & K Tree showed up on time. The T & K workers were polite, professional and hard working individuals. I would like to acknowledge your workers Donnie, Ian, and Max for a job well done. Dwane did an excellent job grinding the stumps and cleaning up everything afterwards.. He is professional. Rip did an excellent job picking all the wood and debris.
I'm a repeat customer - I used T & K Tree in January of this year to remove 3 large maple trees and the job went well - that's why I went back to them for this job.

Tim (company owner) arrived with a crew early on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend (as we had been told they would), and the crew worked tirelessly and flawlessly.
The trees to be cut were growing beyond our back fence, and were hanging over the fence into our yard. They were in need of trimming, as they had become overgrown.
Our yard contains many plants and decorative items (e.g., bird bath), meaning that the trimming had to be done within the parameters of the existing items.
Upon completion of the job, we jokingly told Tim that we could find nothing to complain about, but it was also meant in seriousness. The crew was professional, courteous and pleasant, and definitely seemed intent upon doing a thorough job that met our expectations.
They succeeded in doing so. We will have no hesitation in contacting them to do work in the future, or in recommending them to anyone seeking such services.

It was a delight to have TK Tree Service help us resolve a nagging problem and an eyesore that had been there for too long. We are on a very limited budget and were very pleased with the estimate and everything that it covered. I am disabled and so was unable to resolve the initial issue of the dead/broken tree a couple of years ago. We tried to contain the problem when the sand palms started to grow at it's base and finally it was completely enveloped in a cocoon of vines. I reached out to local tree services but was getting a run around from people who thought I must be stupid. So, I always wanted to join Angie's list and finally did. I contacted 2 tree services. TK was the first to respond, came straight out and offered me complete service at a good price. I later heard from the other tree service in a voice mail stating they would come by and look. They never did in the two weeks leading up to my appointment with TK. I will use TK Tree Service again and will definitely refer all of my friends and family to them. Thank you TK Tree Service and to Angie's List for connecting me to them and making this problem go away!

Great company to work with. They came and provided an estimate for removal of a very large old oak tree and informed us of City of Edgewater rules for permits. We had to have an Arborist examine the tree and report to the city then wait until a committee convened. When permit was received the tree guys were here and took the tree down swiftly and carefully. All debris was removed and everything was completed in one day. Area surrounding the tree was raked and cleaned professionally. The amount paid included the $500 which City charged us for the permit. My only caveat is that they are not quickly responsive to calls. Give them time and they will respond and then they will do exactly as they say. I would definitely use this firm again.

On a Friday I called Trim-A-Limb at 386.426.8733 and spoke with Tim Rioux who said he would swing by Monday for the estimate. Tim gave me a call around noon on Monday and showed up in 15 minutes. The job was a bit of a pain...two large maple trees to remove, grind the stumps/roots and remove debris. One maple had grown through the power and cable lines (the and quot;painand quot;) coming to the house. Both trees were just a few feet from the house. Tim said no problem, gave me the estimate and said they could get to it within a week. Time gave me a call a few days later and set up the day/time. Crew showed up on schedule and promptly went to work. Three man team handled the tree with the electrical lines. Climber and two guys running the block and tackle to ease the limbs down. The experienced team made the work look easy. The second tree went much faster without having to dance around lines. All the debris was neatly piled at the road for the claw truck to pick up at the end of the day. Stump grinder was moved in and made short work of each stump. The job took from 9:00 to 4:30 to perform. The yard was raked up and cleaned to my satisfaction with no prompting. Crew was professional and worked straight through with a short lunch break.

He's real good. They were reasonable and they did a good job. They have a climber that goes up and tops it off as he comes down. A lot of people don't have climbers. They also do stump grinding and they hauled everything away. I would use them again.
