I learned the hard way to NOT trust everyone on Home Advisor and unfortunately we paid someone to cut down palms with stump removal and that company went MIA after being paid when the said they would come back and remove the stumps... Fortunately, Chris was so understanding and saved the day! I would highly recommend this company!"

We have an oak tree and a magnolia out front, an overgrown hedge on the side, and a huge magnolia in back. All are about 12 years old and have never been trimmed. These guys know their stuff, and the work was completed quickly. They have a truck with a claw that will come and pick up the pile of branches and leaves in the pile next to the street. Thank You!"

"Prior to hiring, I asked if they had licensed arborists on staff and they told me yes, as well as having insurance. They did not provide me a copy of their current insurance. I met them at the job site prior to the start of the job and Stan assured me that he would complete the work as I instructed; well they didn't. They did not use ladders to clean out the crossing, too close and dead branches in the bulk of the tree crown nor did they clear out the mistletoe or the excessive buildup of Spanish moss. They mainly use chainsaws to shape the trees like lollipops including cutting thick limbs in half. This is NOT the work of an arborist."
