"Thank you for your review Mr. (consumer name withheld per their request) We're glad you enjoy the quality work and can't thank you enough for letting us place our banner!"
"Thank you for your awesome review Garry! We're big on communication, glad you felt informed throughout your project!"
"Hey Clayton! Thanks for the honest review! We're delighted you can see the detail and pride in our craftsmanship!"
"Joe, Not only did we complete all the work agreed upon, we went above and beyond as we are known to do for our customers. If you will recall, I recommended that you replace the broken gate and rotting fence. You said you did not have the funds available for that, so I generously agreed to see what I could do to make it work for you at no charge, which I did and although it's not as I recommend your gate now opens and closes and the fence is supported upright. As for the stumps, you did not request a quote for grinding and I made it clear that we would be cutting them as low as possible. Also, because you elected to not have the stumps grinded below grade, we had to work around them when installing your fence, which increased our costs for the project, as did the number of roots along the fence line. None of these increased costs were passed along to you. We absorbed them. We did your whole project including removal of 9 trees for the very low cost of under $16 a linear foot. Normally this job would go for more than $20 a linear foot. As you know, I offered to come by and discuss this matter with you in person to see what we could do to once again help you out, so far you haven't taken me up on that. Given the excellent deal I made you and the high quality of work performed and materials supplied,, I reject your characterization of my work and hope that other readers of your review will see it for what it is."
"Thank you for your review. Yes I agree, operating a professional Tree Service business with all the qualifications, proper education, insurance coverages, machine , equipment and personnel is very expensive. That's why we strive for high quality and 5 star customer service. I'm glad to see that we achieved your expectations in those areas."
