The project manager Lane Turner was responsive, patient, honest, and trying to help above and beyond throughout the process. He was the soul of the project (and I hope he will become a partner of the company instead of simply an employee). The tile person and the cabinet guy were the best in their trades. The painters Shawn and Dustin were meticulous and friendly. After their work, I felt that hiring anybody else would have been a downgrade. McFall use top-quality subcontractors, for example, Central State Glass, Magma Granite & Marble, and FD Tile. I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. Not only will they be here but texted me the info! Total Comfort kiss our 15 year old relationship goodbye! And Jason, you need to up your game."
