They had me on the schedule for June 27 and weren't able to get to me. When they finally came June 28, they fixed the 6 lights before they left but within a week, 2 lights stopped functioning. They sent my bill to the wrong email address so I hadn't paid it. They called me demanding i pay, bullying me and rudely badgering me into giving my card number. They said it wasn't their fault, they had used my bulbs instead of theirs, and gave me $10 off my bill. They said I'd have to pay for another service call. I won't use Fraser Electric again!

The installation went well! The lights were provided by me. The lights were installed in a little over an hour by an electrician unfamiliar with the kits used. The kits were about $16 each. When they quoted me an estimate of $350, I thought they would have to go in the attic and remove the canned lights and rewire the electric boxes. After watching the installation with the kits, if they had charged $175, it would have been high. I would not use them again. I was ripped off at this price.

After calling Fraser Electric Inc., I had an electrician dispatched and respond within less than thirty minutes. The electrician was very professional and courteous. I showed him how I attempted to install the switch but discovered that I was in over my head. I asked if he could explain to me what he was doing so that I could learn. He seemed more than happy to show me. Not only did the electrician install the new switch but he doubled checked the safety of the ceiling fan box and determined it needed to be reinstalled, which was included within the amount I was quoted. I highly recommend Fraser Electric Inc.!

I have used Fraser electric multiple times and they are always professional and get the job done correctly. Matt and Tim were excellent. Matt took the time to explain to me different lighting options along with the pros and cons of each one so I could make an informed decision. Tim was very professional. Michelle Fraser takes care of the billing. She called me several times to discuss the work and make sure I was happy with the charges. I highly recommend Fraser electric. Excellent family owned local business.

I had a small electrical fire in a smoke detector. In addition, I had some sparking in my outlets/light switches. The home warranty folks did not consider this "emergency service" and could not get their contractor out for a week. Fraser fixed my fluorescent lights for me so I gave them a call. They were at my house the morning after I called. The guys called to let me know they were on their way, they were professional, and did a thorough check of all of the wiring in my house. They were able to give me peace of mind to know that my house was probably not going to burn down in the middle of the night. I don't know how much this visit is going to cost (the $250 is just an estimate that I put for the hour they were there) but I don't think you can put a dollar amount on peace of mind that your home is safe.
Updated 11/14/2014: I received my invoice this week. The price was about $75 lower than I expected and much more reasonable than I felt the price was when they fixed my fluorescent lights.

The guys were right on time. They fixed my kitchen and garage light in less than 30 minutes. Even better, they were able to see me within 24 hours of a non emergency call. I would definitely use them again.
Update: When I received my bill, it was for 1.5 hours of labor but the guys were only here for 20 minutes tops. I was disappointed but they did a good job.

Mr. Fraser worked me in on a day's notice (which was very convenient since I only had the following day off of work). Matt and Dustin were punctual, very courteous and completed the dining room light replacement in a timely manner. I had planned to also have a foyer light replaced but when they got it out of the box and ready to hang, they explained that it might hang too low. I completely agreed so they boxed it back up for me to return and gave me suggestions for size in that space. They cleaned up the area when they were done. I had a coupon from Angie which brought my total down to $85.00 from $115.00.
I plan to get another light for the foyer and call them back again for installation of that and the hard wired smoke detectors.

They are professional, competent and very courteous. From initial online request to completed work was about 2 weeks. Communication was mainly through email and was timely and efficient. Besides completing the contracted work, a few safety issues were addressed in the attic which I greatly appreciated.

The guys called stating they were running a little behind schedule, which was totally fine. They arrived promptly at the newly agreed time. They were professional, and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up their mess (insulation from the attic and sawdust from drilling/cutting) they brought in extra workers and finished after only a few hours. There was an error made on the billing. Rob handled it immediately and he apologized for the error. I had used Fraser Electric about 5 years ago when i moved into my home and made a mental note to myself what a great job they did. They did not disappoint me --- they did another great job.
