Does not know how to give warning on when they are shutting off electricity. Blames it on everyone else but them selfs.

Electricians were extremely prompt and did a thorough professional job, and finished the three parts of the job in about an hour. They were very communicative about what they were doing.

The work was done in a timely fashion and we were given updates as it progressed. It took several days, because the job required GRU involvement.

My house was built in the 50"s and the wiring going to the A/C unit was very old , cloth covered wire that was brittle and broken in places.They replaced it put in new conduit and set up a disconnect switch to bring it up to code.

The workmen arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment, which ended up working out.
They did a preliminary examination of all three issues and fixed one ballast before heading to the store to get the ballast for the other fixture. After a thorough going-over of the power supply to the hot tub (breakers, wiring, junction box), they opened up the hot tub to discover that the issue resides within the hot tub, which requires a different repairman. The senior technician (whose name escapes me) took the trouble to explain to me exactly what was going on in the hot tub, and even marked up various things (such as what wire goes to what part!) to facilitate locating them in the future. No complaints about working in somewhat adverse weather conditions (cool & still wet from overnight rains), either. They were done in just over 2 1/2 hours.
I hope I won't be needing an electrician again soon, but if I do I'll call these folks.

Very impressed with the professionalism and dedication to restore power to area.

Called and company sent out electricians Jarrod and Cullen. They arrived within 45 minutes! Explained problems I was having. They looked over the situation and determined I need a new electrical box and breakers that they did not have on truck. Went to Gainesville picked up parts, returned and installed them. Started heat and worked fine. Work was done safely and professionally. Excellent job!! Would definitely use this business again and request Jarrod and Cullen if available.

Totally professional and helpful. Matt made recommendations on what we should do, procured the necessary items, and installed them. He then showed the kids and their room mates how to operate everything and was very easy to deal with.

From the start, Preston Link was professional. Eric came out the same day that I called to give me a quote and showed up when he sadi he would. He spent the time to carefully inspect the job site and explained to me all that would be involved. Later that day, he email me a detailed price quote. Once I approved the job, a team was sent out a couple of days later. The guys were courteous, friendly and professional. At the end of the day, the subpanel kept tripping, so they went through a trouble-shooting process which pointed to only one thing–the circuit (which I had bought on eBay) must be bad. Eric even went to bat for me when the eBay vendor wanted to be sure that it was indeed the circuit. Satisfied, the vendor shipped me a replacement circuit, which I was able to simply pop in and connect myself. The panel works great and now my hot tub is running full steam!

They showed up on time to check out the job to prepare an estimate. A detailed estimate was delivered by email in a couple of days. When I approved the job, their crew was on time each day, professional, friendly, and did excellent work. They also made a few last minute changes (extra switches and timer) at no additional cost.
The results are exactly what we wanted.

They were punctual and they sent two guys and solved the problems that I had. Their charges were not the cheapest but they were fair. I will continue to use their services in the future if needed.
