"I am very pleased with the repair of a window by A&N Sliding Doors and Window Repair INC. Ray, from the company, came to my condo to check the window which I thought needed to be replaced. "Used them twice. 1st time to replace all window screens. Guy came w/ his buddy and girlfriend who waited for him. The screen frames are flimsy and the pull tabs are cheap rubber that pull right out when trying to remove screen. Called them back to fix one screen where material had separated from frame, and two where tabs had pulled loose. Come to find out they only offer a 30 day warranty which i was adamantly told 1) IS INDUSTRY STANDARD and 2) screens are simple, any issues would be caused by USER. I bit my tongue and had them come back out. (It was a subcontractor NOT AN EMPLOYEE, guy gave me his own card). Nice enough guy but once again the cheap rubber pull tabs just come right off. I still have one screen out since Irma because i have no pull tabs."
