Marco, the owner, came at the agreed upon time to assess our needs and provide a thorough, fair, and professionally summarized proposal. He showed us samples and guided us in selecting window film that turned out to provide an ideal blend of window clarity, tint color, screening out heat, while allowing a good level of light to pass through the windows. The installation team was punctual, polite, and professional. They removed the old film and installed new film quite efficiently. The final result looked great, and the clean up was such that there was no trace of the film removal or installation process. Marco followed up to ensure we were totally satisfied, and to ask if we had any questions about taking caring of the new film. The installation team had already briefed us, so our questions had been answered. This whole process was very pleasant, and achieved out objectives. We would not hesitate to endorse East Coast Window Films, and would definitely use their services again."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"Premier Rollout Awnings installed my 30' long Magna Track hurricane screen. After receiving an estimate from another company whose salesperson was clearly lost when it came to having any experience or knowledge with the installation of 30' hurricane screen, I decided to look for a second estimate. When Mike Green, the owner of Premier Rollout came out he knew everything there was to know about the Magna Track screens and their installation. And his quote was much less than the first company for the exact same product. On installation day the Premier Rollout installers arrived on time, knew exactly what they were doing and did an excellent job performing the installation. It was a flawless, wrinkle-free installation. When there was a minor issue with the screen their customer service was excellent and followed up right away to take care of the issue. I highly recommend this company."

"Damage to Septic Drainage field. They blamed it on their own third party contractor and told me to take it up with them. Nice. Faux Inspection: I was told there would be a legitimate inspection by a private third party. In fact, the “inspection” amounted to one of their employees sending a few photographs and a very short video call. It was not a true inspection by any standard. It was a joke. Ridge Shingles: Attached pictures of the ridge shingles. I'll let them speak for themself. Kelly Roofing’s Response: "Well, it passed inspection." (See previous item.) (Every roofer that has looked at it says it needs to be fixed.) Kelly has looked at it and done nothing. Blocked Circulation: After it had passed their private party “inspection”, another roofer informed me that insulation was covering up virtually all of the soffits! This is a VERY big deal. Improper circulation can lead to mold, premature failure of the roof, and void out the manufacturer's warranty. I expressed major concerns about circulation given the materials they recommended even before any work had begun, and they assured those materials would be fine because there would be plenty of circulation. See attached photos of the roof that were taken during the roof installation. You can see the plywood they removed (far more than initially estimated by the way). Whether they moved the insulation in the process of replacing the plywood or not, the insulation is clearly blocking all airflow from the soffits. I even personally expressed concerns to the project supervisor about blocked circulation through the soffits at this point and he assured me it would be taken care of. It wasn't. When insulation is preventing circulation in the roof, a reasonable, professional, and appropriate course of action from a roofing company would be to pause the project, inform the homeowner, and discuss solutions for unblocking the soffits before proceeding. Kelly Roofing’s Response, when I confronted them about this: insulation work isn’t “in the contract” and it was “not within the scope of their work.” Really? Is that what you expect from a reputable roofing company?"

"When my hurricane shutters were installed, I was told that they could withstand a hurricane level 5. I really doubted that. On Sept 28, 2022 Hurricane Ian blew straight over my house. It was a few mph under a hurricane 5. While some of my neighbors homes were devastated, my house did not incur any inside damage. The money I spent on the shutters was money well spent. On the day after the hurricane, I asked my neighbors to check on my house. Unfortunately, since power was out, they could not get in through my garage and the shutters were locked. I called Eurex to see if they could come and open my front door shutter. I was told that if someone was in the area, he would stop by and open the shutter. Nothing was mentioned about a service fee. A month later I received a call that I owed $150 for opening the shutter. I paid reluctantly and asked for a receipt. I am still waiting a month later. The young lady said she would send it as soon as my card was "ran." Her verb not mine."
