Most often when my 2 large Poinciana trees drop their annoying seedpods all over the front yard, all the pods are picked up during their yard work.  Hedges remain in right shape and have been trimmed a few times as well as when asked.  Each and every time I have had requested for specific things to be addressed, the next visit results in those areas being manicured.  A few times the front yard strip or the swell doesn't have all the grass mowed or weed-eated in certain patches, but overall every time the work is finished, the front yard looks much better and they do a great job blowing away loose debris, which is a lot in my yard.  I would appreciate a bit more time spent overall in my yard for continuous improvement purposes and not just for maintenance work, as I believe it could still look better, but I believe the work being performed is fair given the agreed upon rate.
