"Yes I did a walk-around with the missus [Member Name Removed], I quoted her a price of $250 a month which includes two visits, she told me that she was particular about some areas being very clean of leaves in other areas I could blow the leave and rake them up we also trimmed the front, Miss [Member Name Removed]said my guys were working one at a time and this is not true I was there with him and I made sure that everyone was working, they went and picked up stuff and blew off the yard several times over and over again she was still not happy so I told her to just get rid of the check for $250 and give me a check for $125 for the amount of work that we did do I then said to her that she would need to hire someone else because she was not happy with us we had been there for an hour and a half and I had more than enough guys on my crew to get the job done but as I said [Member Name Removed] was not happy so when I got home I text her and said there is no charge because she's was not pleased with the work, I then put the check in the shredder, the next day I text her and I apologize for the mix-up and offered to come by the next time and spend more time at her place [Member Name Removed], decline and said that she wish me all the best I didn't say it then but I wish her all the best also she's a very hard person to please and I hope that she finds the right lawn company fit for her Landscaping needs"
