"Coral Palms - Tamarac, Fl The Bluewater team went above and beyond on work performed. Our community pool was not in good shape. The deck was unsafe, drains were broken. Cracks throughout the deck with water just sitting. The pool had multiple leaks and almost everything in the pump room had been neglected. We called Bluewater pools. The next day Kevin came out. He told us don’t worry, we’ll take care of everything. Well, he was definitely correct about that. We now have a beautiful and safe pool for the community. All new deck done stamped concrete, new drainage system installed, new bar area, new diamond bright and seal done to pool, fixed all pipes and pump room issues. And the whole project came out amazing. Bluewater pools definitely increased the property value of this community. Highly recommended. Thank you!"

"I hired the company originally when it was under a different ownership - it was 4Eva Pool. Then it was bought out and became SoFlo. The guys leave stuff like empty chlorine bottles by the pool, leave dirty drag marks on the patio from equipment, don't really clean the pool all that good ( I found grass floating after the supposed service). Once something wasn't closed correctly and it caused my pool to lose about 10 inches of water in 2 days and got everything wet around the equipment because the water was shooting out. In any case - would not recommend this company. They sound nice and probably mean well, but can't handle basic tasks."

"It went great! Apex has very professional staff and crews. Nick, our sales person was and is always responsive. Denise in the office went out of her way to answer a late afternoon question. Cozme and his team did travertine over existing concrete. Their skill and positive attitude from start to finish of a very work intensive project led to an amazing transformation. The pool refinish crews had equally positive attitudes and made our 15 year old pool look thoroughly updated. Gordon and Margaret in particular were knowledgeable and extremely informative. Margaret gets extra kudos for patiently teaching us some pool maintenance and mechanics...we enjoyed her company! Things did not always go exactly as expected. It is so refreshing to find a quality company with outstanding employees that handled the unexpected so well."
