"First I want to say that Angie's list works very well as I chose Eagle Concrete based on all their positive reviews. Having said that I can honestly say I could not have made a better choice. Wagner, who is the owner of the company, personally came out to give me the estimate. Not only did he come as scheduled, but he was very helpful in guiding me through the process of what I wanted to do and the best way of doing it. Having answered all my concerns and also getting a very fair estimate for the work to be done I decided to use him. Work started about two weeks later as he was finishing other jobs and had to get my permit. This was not an issue as his assistant Carla kept an open line of communication and kept me updated on progress. It is so rare to be able to get a response back on the same day! As for the work done: his people came first thing in the morning as scheduled and worked diligently the entire day removing asphalt and prepping. Next day was inspection and the following day was lime rock and paver delivery. Following day a crew of 5 plus Wagner began installation. It's amazing how fast and organized his team is as they managed to install pavers in one full day. The following day after pressure washing , they applied two coats of clear coat. The job came out AMAZING! It has given my house a brand new look. I can only say that if you are looking to redo your driveway give Wagner a call.. He has many positive reviews for a reason! Thank you Wagner and I will be calling you soon for my backyard patio!

"I hired the company originally when it was under a different ownership - it was 4Eva Pool. Then it was bought out and became SoFlo. The guys leave stuff like empty chlorine bottles by the pool, leave dirty drag marks on the patio from equipment, don't really clean the pool all that good ( I found grass floating after the supposed service). Once something wasn't closed correctly and it caused my pool to lose about 10 inches of water in 2 days and got everything wet around the equipment because the water was shooting out. In any case - would not recommend this company. They sound nice and probably mean well, but can't handle basic tasks."

Cozme and his team did travertine over existing concrete. Their skill and positive attitude from start to finish of a very work intensive project led to an amazing transformation. The pool refinish crews had equally positive attitudes and made our 15 year old pool look thoroughly updated. Gordon and Margaret in particular were knowledgeable and extremely informative. Margaret gets extra kudos for patiently teaching us some pool maintenance and mechanics...we enjoyed her company! Things did not always go exactly as expected. It is so refreshing to find a quality company with outstanding employees that handled the unexpected so well."
