Cracks throughout the deck with water just sitting. The pool had multiple leaks and almost everything in the pump room had been neglected. We called Bluewater pools. The next day Kevin came out. He told us don’t worry, we’ll take care of everything. Well, he was definitely correct about that. We now have a beautiful and safe pool for the community. All new deck done stamped concrete, new drainage system installed, new bar area, new diamond bright and seal done to pool, fixed all pipes and pump room issues. He sent someone out the next day to clean our pool (it had turned green) and came every day until it cleared up. We signed up for weekly cleaning and could not be happier with the results. They send you a reminder email the night before service and an full report after the cleaning with a picture of your pool and the chemical readings. Will never use another pool company."
