"[Member Name Removed], this was an emergency service call, when you called me your A/C was not working, you said it had stopped working since the morning and I rescheduled some clients to go take care of you. I arrived and Troubleshoot the entire system inside and out, I found the problem and fixed it there on the spot. when I left your home I left you with your A/C on and a diagnostic of the problem. I'm sorry you thought it was expensive, I find it perfectly reasonable paying $300 to get your A/C up and cooling specially on the same day you called. I'm sorry your experience was a bad one."
