Our second project with Sheffield Structures went as smoothly as the first project. In this project they replaced the outdated ceramic tile with wood look ceramic tile throughout house, installed floor plug, new baseboards throughout and replaced toilet in second bathroom. Anthony, Christian, Sean, Blake, James and Gabe all worked efficiently and professionally. Thank you all for ensuring that your part in this remodel went smoothly. We are enjoying our newly remodeled home.

Everyone at Sheffield was great to work with! We had a HUGE remodel in our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everyone that worked with us was extremely skilled and knowledgable. They kept in contact with us every step of the way. We are thrilled with the outcome and will hire them again.

Fantastic or Impressive, if I could only use one word one of these would be it. Sheffield came in on our bathroom remodel project later than normal and took charge of the situation right away. They called the other contractor and coordinated the project from that point on. Taking that off my shoulders was a great relief. Their employees were very responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and professional in their work, and treated my wife with great respect. Very impressive, to have a contractor taking control of a difficult situation. I did not know any contractors to work with so I chose Sheffield as they came recommended by two web sites.

Kitchen remodel required extensive rework of walls and ceiling before installation of cabinets by another company. Sheffieldâ s employees were knowledgeable, skilled and courteous workers. Asked questions instead of forging ahead on the wrong track. Finished product is above expectations. Although not the cheapest bid, very satisfied with overall product.

Scott and his crew were great to work with. They are professional, conscientious, hard working, very attentive to the customer's needs, and very good with follow through, I would highly recommend them , and will continue to use them for future projects.

Knowledgeable and responsive. Price was ok. Long waits between phases of the project were not entirely the fault of the contractor although I suspect they were juggling a lot of jobs.

Shieffields was great to work with. Very professional. They follow thru with what they promise. They do a walk thru when finished to make sure you're happy and the work was done to your satisfaction. We were VERY HAPPY with our bathroom remodel.

They worked hard and paid attention to detail to make our project look like it had been built at the same time our home was constructed. Even though it took more time to complete than expected, the end result was worth the wait. My wife is extremely happy with her new sewing room. We had several contractors bid our job and most had made changes to the details, which we were adamant about. Scott and Danielle stayed on tract start to finish. A project they can be project they can be proud of just as we are.

My husband and I interviewed several contractors in Crystal River last June for an investment property that needed some renovation. My husband is a licensed Builder in South Carolina and Scott SEEMED professional and competent. We communicated by text and email to determine the investment we would make in this property. We decided what we wanted to commit. Scott said he could start very quickly upon our arrival, have all of the work in 2 weeks BEFORE December 1st. We arrived November 10th, but He kept putting us off. The 1st project he started was to put in an Attic Stairway. He was also going to create a large owners closet in the master bedroom Alcove, update the master and guest bathrooms, remove a wall in the kitchen and create a custom wood wrap around bar plus other smaller items. What he did do was show up with one guy, cut a huge hole in my hall ceiling for the attic stairs - without going into the attic. I went outside to escape the Dust and when Scott walked out, I immediately knew something was wrong. He had cut the stairway where trunk line for the AC is located. He had his guy nail the sheetrock up in 5 pieces then caulk it. He said they would be back in 2 days. That was 4 weeks ago Monday. He would call with excuses of - I have got workers out sick - my car is in the shop - I cannot get there without my truck blah blah blah.. After 2 weeks we realized he was not coming back. It has cost us delays and money. Lost rent PLUS the $275 we are having to pay someone else to fix his mess. We may even have missed the high season, which is January, February and March. I have pictures, if I a figure out how to post them. Since my husband is a builder I understand that things can happen but you make good on them. He text and said that he could work on this our condo after the first of the year, after we went home. After what we have been through, would you trust him?

I had several bids that were all within an acceptable range. They all said it could take three weeks or more. I decided on Sheffield structures not because they were the lowest in price but they could start a little quicker. They suggested the 8th of July but actually began on the 15th. The work went extremely smoothly.. they were on time every day and completed the work in 7 days. I found them very professional and would not hesitate to use them again. Could I have done the work myself yes! Could my wife wait months for me to complete the job NO!!!. So many thanks
