The other (Phaze Electric) had me on their schedule the next day. Jerome showed up early and quickly assessed what was needed. He obtained the necessary part from Lowe's and was back in a flash to remove the old housing and install the new one. I also used Phaze Electric a couple of years ago to hang ceiling fans on my back porch and they did an excellent job then, too. Phaze Electric will be the company I call in the future for all my electrical needs. I trust them to do a great job at a reasonable price."

It took the guy ten minutes to put a new fan in and the price was outrageous it was like almost $300.  I complained to them back and forth and they did reduce it maybe 20 bucks but that was crazy.  I just didn't like their pricing.  That was almost all labor."
