"Very unprofessional and dishonest company. I was spoken to very rudely and hung up on several times after requesting to speak with James the owner. My message was never passed along, probably to hide and cover up ?Precious? who claimed to be the ?office manager?. Personal property of mine was taken from my home perhaps accidentally (not sure how that happens) but I was told several different things about it being handled as well as the unfinished business left by their tech Zach. How this company has 4.9 stars is beyond me but me myself I cannot recommend them. They were unwilling to do anything until I emailed them telling them I was calling police and reporting them for theft. Precious? tone quickly changed from hanging up on me acting belligerent to calling me back with a 180 degree attitude change. She offered a partial refund of $218 for pushing a button I never asked to be pushed to a full refund. Never got my personal belongings returned or a call from the store owner. They fin"

He charged $742 and came to my home to work on the panel. When I asked him about the permit, he said that he would request the permit afterwards, that it wasn't a problem (actually, it's illegal and the city can fine the contractor as well the home owner - I I've learned it the hard way). He then requested the permit, which was declined by the city for an issue was caused by another contractor. The problem was fixed and I contacted Benji asking him to reapply for it, I even offered him to pay any fees incurred. After a few minutes, he said he had found one cut wire. He noticed it ran underground (about 7 feet through brush to a fixture) and said, "I don't dig for $220." That, he said, would be an all-nighter costing $1500. I declined. Plus, there was no low voltage wire on the truck, so they were unprepared for a landscape lighting job. It was a lot of money for very little."
