He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Found MicroSec through Angi and they were able to work on it remotely here in Cudjoe Key. They figured out what was going on and got the computer working normally again. They also cleaned things up, went through the security on Chrome and Edge and installed Bitdefender for some added protection.
