"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"My husband and I buy and flip houses. We recently purchased a house to flip and a few days after closing, it rained. The next morning, there was 8 inches of water in the crawl space! After talking with my contractor, he suggested I think about encapsulating it. Honestly, I had never heard of that. He suggested that I call Alpha Foundations. I said I would prefer to use someone local. I called both companies and Alpha was much more reasonable. When Eric came out for the initial call, he was very patient with me, answering all of my questions and explaining everything. Within a week, they set up the appointment and Will and Ryan came out. I could not have been more impressed with these two. They were very professional and informed me of everything they were doing. They finished the job in the time promised and cleaned up any mess they made. It was nice to deal with such a professional company and employees. I would highly recommend this company.
