"The salesman showed up thirty minutes late to an estimate appointment. Rather than showing and explaining to me the windows he sells, he was too busy talking about himself and his company. I have plantation shutters over my windows, I was told I needed to hire another company to come out and remove them prior to window install and then when windows were done, that company would need to come back out and reinstall. Another thing I was not comfortable with was this company would be reusing the metal frame of my existing window. If I am paying so much for a new window, why would they re-use a portion of my old window? The company that we did use, took our shutters down and put them back at no charge. They also took the whole window out and did not re-use any portion of our old window!! At the end of the estimate appointment, the salesman did not even give me an estimate. He said he would get it to me by Monday(it was Friday). I only had 5 windows to replace, an estimate could have been given on the spot. We did not use this company for window replacement!"

After testing the amount of heat coming in from the windows (windows were very effective in reflecting the sun and heat) we decided the film would do little to help control the temperature of the room. The salesman was very helpful and honest about the effectiveness of their products in relation to what we were trying to achieve. Definitely an honest company!!"
