He actually built my former home, then renovated and improved the property many times over the course of my residence there. He is a craftsman and gets very involved with his projects. He is on site most days himself and is consistently available to confer with me when needed. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"The Tanner Construction Group did a redo of my screen room. They tore down my leaking, stained screen room and designed the redo with attention to my preferences. Working with the team, from Shawn, who came for the estimate, to the crews, who did the work, to Ted and his helper, Matt, they were all a pleasure to work with. Shawn listened to how I pictured the end product, John, the framing crew leader, took pride in his work and was attentive to detail. The positive corporate culture was evident in the way the crew worked together. They all appeared to enjoy working together and were respectful of each other and with me. When a problem with roof leaks showed up after it rained, they were prompt about doing additional sealing. Ted coordinated with Derrick, from Hickman Roofing, to resolve the leak problem. I enjoy the design and using my new screen room. If you are looking for a creative, reliable, and reasonably priced construction group, I highly recommend the Tanner Construction Group"
