Eric was prompt at 8am. He not cleaned the windows inside and out, he also cleaned the window sills, and the ewindiw frames. Excellent job.

Arturo & his helper did an incredible job of cleaning all of our windows and sliders……we are on the second floor and it was worth every penny to have them professionally cleaned. I would not hesitate to have them come by again for their service! As a note, I personally removed all the window screens, cleaned & lubricated all the window & slider tracks prior to them performing the window cleaning.

I have used them for years but the past few times I have scheduled has been very frustrating. I request a particular technician. They assure he is available and set time for appointment. Today the appt. was scheduled for 2 to 3 with technician I specifically requested. At noon Sabrina's is at door for window and lanai cleaning. Requested technician has not been sent. I realize mistakes happen but this is the second time they have done this. Cleaning is great but communication with schedulers is not good.

It went okay but wasnt as detailed as I wanted. The cleaner told me that was a detailed job so they could have been more upfront when I asked if it included cleaning of tracks. In my mind, wiping is not cleaning.

I've got grandfathered windows and when they come in they have to take the handles off in order to get to the other side. They're great and they're on time, they come in and do their work right and they are efficient.

Yesterday, I w rote an absolute RAVE review for your company, as well as for “Steve,” the person who actually came to my home to complete the job. I still stand by the former, but after Steve left, I had a chance to really take a look at his work and was extremely dismayed at what I found. Each and every track in the windows and doors were left as dirty as they were before he arrived. Had I not received a recommendation for your company from friends in this community who had their windows cleaned several weeks ago by “Mike,” I most likely would have accepted the way Steve left my home yesterday as “Standard Operating Procedure” by Sabrina’s Atlantic Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing.” HOWEVER, the work completed at the home of my friends included cleaning of all tracks and left everything not only clean, but sparkling, as well. They were extremely satisfied with his work. In addition, I’m told that “Mike” made an effort to put on booties every time he entered their home. Steve did no such thing, which unfortunately, required me to add a little soap and water to several spots on my carpeting in my bedrooms. I am extremely dissatisfied with Steve’s “”professional” job. However, please know that, like my friends, I will certainly recommend your company as it is apparent your window cleaning is exceptional. The windows and screens were cleaned very well, however, the tracks and sills were not well cleaned. The blinds were only dusted and were not washed down so I was disappointed in that part. The service tech was very nice and acted professionally. I did get quick response and tech was prompt in arriving during the scheduled time. I just feel that for the cost that the tracks, sills, and blinds should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The guy arrived on time and got right to work. All windows were cleaned and the screens in the lanai were taken down and cleaned. I have used these folks for the last 4 years and will continue to use them in the future. They do an excellent job. This work was done on 2/2020.

The folks at Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning were on time. In about an hour they cleaned all our windows, inside and out. Cleaned the window sills and also the screens on the lanai. I have used these folks several times since we've moved to Florida. Will use them again this year. These folks are just great. On time and do not leave any messes behind.
