"Made an appointment for a normal work hours visit, so can not evaluate their emergency service program. They claim 24/7 and I have no reason to doubt it. Left some suggestions for further maintenance to consider, but was not pushy at all about them as they were not (yet) critical, but instead gave a recommended timeline, which is appreciated. Honored the discounts mentioned on the Web site. I was a little concerned when the address listed wound up being a UPS store mailbox, but they are apparently a local service branch of the main company in Pensacola and there was absolutely no issue to schedule to appointment or meet the scheduled time - Arrived well within the scheduled window and was done within about 30 minutes."
