I don’t know. I gave you four grand last September and all I get is an occasional phone call telling me “we are still waiting for the last window”. I know the real story is you don’t have the manpower to install them . I recently started calling your office with my issue and they tell me I’ll call you back when we get that last window. Then nobody calls me back. I just want an honest answer . If you truly had all the windows except one great ! Please come install what you have . Yes there is a supply chain issue, I get that. More importantly you should know, my wife is the one who wanted new windows. I’m fine with what we have. Do I have to tell you about what it’s like living with an unhappy wife 😳

Horrible. locked me into a contact. They held me hostage as I waited 6 months for a project which was supposed to take 14 weeks. Opened a complain with the BBB and they did nothing. No discounts just bent over and screwed.

The sales rep came out to our home and we showed him all our windows. We hadn't even thought about doors, but he pointed out that we had a lot of light coming through our weatherstripping and that If we were interested he could give us a quote for new doors to change up how they look and make them energy efficient too, so we figured why not? At the end we decided to do all 16 windows, the front door and a french door on the back of our house and we couldn't be happier. After getting 4 quotes not only were they slightly cheaper, but their products just seemed better. The installation crew was very nice and professional, and quickly addressed a minor concern I had.

I called this business and spoke to a man who told me a different person needed to handle this. He states he would have him contact me and I never heard back from them. Obviously, they did not want my business. They missed out on a $11,000 job. Their loss. There are plenty other reputable dealers in Pensacola.

I am completely satisfied with the initial interaction with the customer representative to the completion of the project, The two-man installation team was extremely skilled and professional. They installed 9 windows in just over 6 hours. The caulking around the windows was smooth and clean. I will absolutely recommend this company to my friends and colleagues.

They were infomative throughout the process from beginning to end. They let me know when they'd be at my residence and arrived promptly. I also like the option of paying 12 months same as cash this is the second time I have seen Ecoview and I would use them again. My new windows look great and they're fully functioning.

Everything went very smoothly. The windows were ordered, made, and installed without any problems. The one little issue was the hurricane cloth was sent without grommets. The fabric went back to the factory, had the grommets put in, and they were installed without any problems. The company is very easy to deal with. Phone calls are returned promptly and everyone is friendly.

Timely, stayed in touch. well they should have called when they ere done. But I was very, very satisfied so it didn't matter.

We are very satisfied with Eco View. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, even after the sale. All the staff has been really polite and helpful too. The installation was quick and their two employees were nice, willing to answer all our questions and very professional. During this whole process we felt really confident that they really knew what they were doing. We are really satisfied with their work, and mostly by the look of our new windows. We are glad we chose Eco View!

We were very pleased with the service provided by this company. We had estimates from two other companies and Ken with EcoView was the only sales person to bring sample windows and other material. He was very professional and helpful. The installers were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job with our windows . We would highly recommend EcoView for any one considering new windows for their home.

After signing the contract with Eco-View, my new custom windows came in on time. They scheduled installation according to my timeline and were punctual, communicative, fast and tidy. I am very pleased with my installation and would both recommend them and use them again.

GREAT! The intallers were great. I would hire them both again. Clean up was done around the house. They were fast and efficient.

The only issue we had was that we ordered tan windows and we received white windows. The company graciously offered to reorder and replace them or give us a discount on the white windows. We accepted the discount and proceeded with the installation. The quality of the windows, the installation, and the professionalism of the salesman and installers, and the cleanup were excellent. Although we were planning on replacing the windows in 2019 and were just looking for an estimate, the quality, discounts offered and the offer of 12 months same as cash sealed the deal.

EcoView Construction Was FABULOUS! Originally estimated a longer delivery but delivered early. The two installers were AMAZING! Asif they had installed hundreds of windows and doors. An older home, they were able to install and blend the new doors into original construction. Kudos! The doors look great!

Excellent, 2 1/2 hours to replace 3 windows. Quality work, done when scheduled. 2nd time we’ve used them, first time was to build a sunroom. Couple of issues with the sunroom, came out the following day after being contacted. Good prices, would use again.

I had both of my entry doors installed. The service and the employees were wonderful, but I could not give five stars because there were a couple things I was disappointed about once they had finished installing and left. The first issue I realized I had no peephole on my front door (I bought a door with no windows on it), luckily we have a window next to the door. But, I was never even asked if I wanted one. I would have paid a little extra to have one installed and now I don't know if installing one myself would void the warranty on the door. The other thing is I didn't know that they removed the trim from the doors and then reinstalled the same trim. If I had known this, I would have bought new trim for them to install around the doors (one reason we got new doors is because of rot and part of the trim was rotted as well). I had (and this is my fault) assumed that new trim came with the door. I wish this had been brought up so I wouldn't now have to remove the trim and put up new myself. It is a bit annoying. They were very nice about installing a matching door handle for me that I purchased on my garage door so all the doors had the same locks. They didn't charge me extra for this. However, they were hurrying to leave and the person installing that handle installed it upside down (the keyhole is upside down). I did not notice this until later. Now that the doors are settling, my back door has a bit of light coming in between the door and frame so it is not a perfect seal. I know this was a long review but I wanted others to know about the trim and peephole especially. The sales tactics are also a bit distasteful. They give you a huge discount if you agree to use them at the time of the quote. Luckily I had already gotten two other quotes and Ecoview's products were not only superior quality but a slightly better price, so I could go with them. If I hadn't gotten the other quotes beforehand I am not sure I would have gone with them as I don't like being pressured to make quick decisions (which is why I had 3 different places give me quotes).

Overall very well. Our salesman explained the product in our home and measured the windows for price. The installers came out and measured again and came up with the same numbers. The windows came in a little earlier than expected, which was nice. We were told it would take two days to install(there were almost 20), we agreed on a time, they showed up on the day and got the job done in the two days. Other than removing some blinds, they did everything else. They removed and hauled away the old windows and cleaned up after themselves. Everything fits and works well.

These people are awesome to deal with,from the sales rep coming to our house to the office people Lisa and Fred it was a great experience. The price was really good,Took about four weeks for the windows to come in and just a few days later the installers were here and did a fantastic job installing my new windows.You can't go wrong with Eco View.The quality of the windows was the best i had seen in pricing windows.
