"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize that you are so displeased. Unfortunately we do not have record of you calling in last Friday (8/9/19), however we did receive a message from our answering service when we arrived to work on Monday morning as well as an email directly from you. Unfortunately our office is closed over the weekends, similar to most other offices, and we always do our best to respond immediately on Monday mornings to any messages received over the weekends. First thing on Monday morning, our office responded to your email advising that your technician could come out on Tuesday to perform a re-treatment. A short while after we emailed you back, we received a call from you, and our staff advised you that the technician would be out on Tuesday to perform a respray to resolve the issue with ants. We apologize if the technician did not contact you when he was on his way, but on Monday our office confirmed with you directly that Tuesday worked for you for a respray. We assumed that it was understood that the technician would be out on Tuesday to take care of your ant issue and apologize for any misunderstanding. We received a call from you on Tuesday, when the technician was already on his way to your house, and you advised us to cancel your service. Our staff attempted to explain that he was already on his way to you, however the call ended abruptly. We always try to respond to respray requests within 48 business hours to ensure customer satisfaction. We would love an opportunity to earn your business back. - Gregory Lohman"
