I have been battling rats in my attic for months. I finally surrendered and called Bobby Sue and Jason. They came out and sealed all areas I failed to either identify or even want to access on the roof to repair. They set numerous traps after making the repairs and within a few visits ended our problem. They are a pleasure to work with, always on time and I highly recommend their services! Just wish I called them earlier!!

They really are as nice as all the reviews say. Very polite, professional, hard working folks, and they do really make a great team together. They respond back when you call, they come when they say, price was good. Follow their recommendations this is what they do all day long. I HIGHLY recommend them as well.

Can't say enough good things about these people. Responsive, on time, texted before they came. Not an easy job. Hard to know where rats were coming from. They persisted for over 2 months and came up with creative solutions that solved the problem. Because they had to return often due to rats continuing to come in, the process wasn't cheap. But this is not easy work. It's hot and dirty in attics and removing dead rats caught in their traps is not something most people would do.

After a thorough inspection, I was told to catch the critter (using their humane trap... at NO charge to me). They did perform a service but they did not charge me for it. These folks are honest as the day is long. I cannot express my gratitude and will recommend them highly to anyone who has a problem with unwanted 'animals'.

Excellent job. Very prompt, set up a trap; captured and removed a wild raccoon in a very human fashion. Bobbie was very professional and knowledgable and removed the raccoon and set it free in an area conducive to this wild animal. She even filled in the hole the raccoon was occupying in the back of our pool. Highly recommend her for all your critter problems.

It's an ongoing process with AAA coming every few days to check to see if any rats have been caught. They take the dead ones with them, thank heavens. I was surprised to see a young woman at the door (usually women want nothing to do with rats) but there she was ready to go to work. She explained our rat problem and what needed to be done very well. She is very educated in the world of rats and shares that knowledge nicely where anybody can understand. I plan to hire the first second I see rat poo anywhere in my house.

We had been hearing critters in our ceiling for months, and had had two different companies come out, place traps around the yard, and give us various explanations for why they weren't working. Fed up, we called Bobbie Sue for help. She and her husband came out the next day and spent the better part of 2 hours poring over the exterior of the house, plugging the last few openings that I hadn't gotten to myself. They decided that the rodents were probably not getting in from the outside at all, but were instead coming through the sewer pipe into a broken vent stack or drainpipe somewhere under the house. They made a few strategic openings in our soffets and ceiling and set traps, then recommended we call our plumber about putting a 1-way check valve on our main sewer pipe. Over the next few weeks they came out several times to remove at least a half-dozen sewer rats, and sure enough, with our new check valve in place, we haven't heard any new scurrying in the months since - I can finally sleep well at night! Both Bobbie Sue and Jason were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, they figured out the problem and solved it for us.

Bobby Sue and Jason came out the same day we called and professionally and efficiently removed the rat from the house and then sealed the areas in the attic where the rats were entering. They were so very nice that when we moved into our new home and found evidence of a raccoon I immediately called them. Again they came out assessed the situation and assured me that the raccoon had relocated long ago. They thoroughly checked all possible access points on our new home. They gave me complete peace of mind and did not charge for the visit! Would highly recommend them.

Bobby Sue and Jason (owners) were fantastic! Came to my house within 2 hours to set the trap. Returned the next am within an hour of my calling to let them know the opossum was in the cage. They have a big heart and are very caring and do not kill the animals. They are released humanly. There is a cage set up fee, but most importantly, they charge a flat fee to remove the animal. So if the mom and babies are caught together in the same cage it is only one fee to take them away. The other company on Angies List wanted to charge for each animal. So if you had the mother and say 5 babies that would be $$$ Crazy! They also only charge if you want the animal removed. So, if you accidentally caught a cat instead of the other animal you really wanted like a racoon they will release it if you want them to at no charge. Highly recommended, would use again.

My daughter was scared when she got up at night and heard scratching noises coming from the attic. I heard them also and in the morning called AAA Critter Trapper and Repair. They came right away and gave me a thorough, free inspection detailing and showing me what the problem was. Mice were getting in the attic through small openings on the roof on a relatively new (15-year-old) house. We settled on a reasonable price and they went to work. They sealed all the openings with mesh and cement and the work was clean and professional. They were extremely timely and friendly on their follow-up visits to make sure they had cleared the problem and told me to call them any time during the 1 year warranty, if I suspected any additional “intruders”. The problem was completely resolved thanks to Bobbie Sue and Jason. They can be trusted to do a great job.
