"Prior to hiring, I asked if they had licensed arborists on staff and they told me yes, as well as having insurance. They did not provide me a copy of their current insurance. I met them at the job site prior to the start of the job and Stan assured me that he would complete the work as I instructed; well they didn't. They did not use ladders to clean out the crossing, too close and dead branches in the bulk of the tree crown nor did they clear out the mistletoe or the excessive buildup of Spanish moss. They mainly use chainsaws to shape the trees like lollipops including cutting thick limbs in half. This is NOT the work of an arborist."

"I highly recommend Central Florida Exterior Solutions for your drainage needs. They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach. "We're redoing our driveway & I wanted to have the landscape lighting wires running under the driveway checked, after the demo & before new concrete was poured. Mr. Sparky came to assess the driveway wires, the general health of the system, & potentially do some separate rewiring. When the technician came, he said it would be $220 to diagnose the driveway wires and ? since it was almost dark ? another $220 to come back the next day & assess the rest of the job. Since the concrete was being poured the next day, I agreed to the first $220, but was bothered that timing meant I would have to pay twice for the assessment. After a few minutes, he said he had found one cut wire. He noticed it ran underground (about 7 feet through brush to a fixture) and said, "I don't dig for $220." That, he said, would be an all-nighter costing $1500. I declined. Plus, there was no low voltage wire on the truck, so they were unprepared for a landscape lighting job. It was a lot of money for very little."
