"The job entailed grinding off the old stain on an original driveway and then staining the new brush finished concrete that had been poured next to it so it matched. You can see pictures of the job on my Facebook page. Upon completion of the job Carries son Rick asked for an estimate two doors down along with two other neighbors. He called a week later saying something needed touched up. I arrived to touch up and there was nothing to touch up. I then got yelled at and cussed out. I did not charge"

"This is the same person two reviews below. We talked all about the cracks and had the customer sign off on them coming back. The original pattern was a flagstone pattern that incorporated the cracks into the design. I left more details in the other bad review left below by Holly [Consumer Name Removed] which is the same customer leaving multiple bad reviews under multiple names."

"The original pattern was supposed to incorporate the cracks into a flagstone design. The day the job started the customers changed their mind and wanted a different design that we could not incorporate the cracks into. Lance told the customer that the cracks could come back over time by doing this pattern versus the original pattern that they had chose. The customer signed off on the contract that the cracks could and probably would come back and had Lance do the Ashler tile pattern instead. They also told Lance that the cracks wouldn?t come back when filling with epoxy. Now the cracks are coming back that we had them sign off on and they are"

"We threw in the compass star design for free as it was a big job. We layed it out and had the customer approve before sealing. After sealing customer complained that the S was not in the right spot by about 6 inches. At that point there was nothing we could do as it had been sealed. They were thrilled with everything except the S. I was upset that they had approved and then were not happy. I did not show disrespect. But felt very unappreciated on all our hard work."
