I met them at the job site prior to the start of the job and Stan assured me that he would complete the work as I instructed; well they didn't. They did not use ladders to clean out the crossing, too close and dead branches in the bulk of the tree crown nor did they clear out the mistletoe or the excessive buildup of Spanish moss. They mainly use chainsaws to shape the trees like lollipops including cutting thick limbs in half. This is NOT the work of an arborist."

They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach. "Task at hand was to cleanup two oak trees and remove limbs from liability areas. Salesman wrote quote on Thursday and said someone would call Sunday to schedule service which never happened. No news from anyone till following wed when a team of ten and a lot of equipment showed up. A couple landscaping lights damaged and a broken yard sign later the job was finished. The removal was great and cleanup was good. The overall job was clearly oversold based on the capabilities the crew had to work with. The trees were not taken away from the house as instructed but only because of the height of them . The salesman should of been much more forthcoming of the crews capabilitiesi in achieving that. The team was very professional and efficient I can?t say my expectations were met Overall decent job ."

No news from anyone till following wed when a team of ten and a lot of equipment showed up. A couple landscaping lights damaged and a broken yard sign later the job was finished. The removal was great and cleanup was good. The overall job was clearly oversold based on the capabilities the crew had to work with. The trees were not taken away from the house as instructed but only because of the height of them . The salesman should of been much more forthcoming of the crews capabilitiesi in achieving that. "We hired RSC in late 2024 for a full home renovation. At first, the process was reasonable but it became clear the cost + budget were overrun. When the problem was identified, Richard became defensive, combative, and unreasonable. He was verbally abusive and threatening over WhatsApp and telephone. I had to order a stop work. The new Project Manager was great. The office manager Tina was wonderful. However, they both were the 2nd individuals in those roles - way too much turnover on the team to feel confident with progress. Richard himself is a nightmare to work with - we asked for a warranty repair in October 2025 after the work was completed and ended up in an email argument with Richard where he threatened us (again) with legal action. The process of working with Richard is chaotic, stressful, and he is not trustworthy. I do not recommend. "
