I called in the morning. They came the same day. The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. He changed out the locks very quickly and professionally. Very Happy with the service, I will definitely use again in the future!

The locksmith was right on time, very professional, friendly and efficient. Work was done in less than an hour and he did an absolutely great job! I'm very happy with their work and would definitely hire them again and refer friends to them.

The service when the gentleman arrived was outstanding.
I called to set the appointment and received one quickly which was great. I went in to pick out my lock and that went great, however the person at the service counter didn't see my name anywhere so he took it again and wrote it all down to confirm. This morning I called and spoke with a woman on the phone who didn't find my name again because I said if they wanted to come early they could. She said okay and confirmed my appointment . I came home from work to be here at 10 and at 10:40 they weren't here. I called again and she said she wished they took my number because apparently they never scheduled the person to do it I guess. She then told me they found the lock set she picked out and she would send someone right out. It was well after 11 when he arrived and didn't finish until noon. But, as I was saying he did an incredible job, very professional, clean etc.
I would use them again, next time though I'll need to find a way to triple confirm or more my appointment and time I guess.
I would definitely recommend them based on the service I received once they arrived :)

The woman I talked to on the phone to schedule the appt was very nice but one taco short of a full platter. The lock smith himself was fabulous. A bit of a flirt but he was an excellent lock Smith

I contacted the company on Monday, made an appointment for Wednesday morning. Marty called ahead of time to confirm the appointment, showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and friendly. He asked for me to confirm what I needed to be done. I did not have keys for the locks that I needed re-keying, only for one of four doors in the home. He went right to work and was completed in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the promptness, professionalism, the time it took to complete the job and was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the service. I expected more. I definitely recommend this locksmith and would definitely use again.

He was excellent. He helped me save a lot of money. Now I can use the same key for all of them. They were rated highly on Angies List, as I recall. I called them on the phone and they were very responsive. I was looking for someone closer and I really could not find anyone closer to where I live. I fitted them in an afternoon and we just waited. They told us it would take about 15 minutes and they did it while we waited. It was perfect.

Called in the morning on short notice and he set up a time in the afternoon. Arrived early and we showing him how many changes we wanted and he went right to work. Had some trouble with a couple of the locks and kept at it until he solved the problem and still only took a little over an hour. Very friendly and professional and would recommend him to anyone.

I have used them twice. I had a 1984 car, that was a classic. They managed to open it up for me. They have access to all the keys, except the ones with the chips in them. I was pleased with them. I would use them again.
