I found Chimney Keeper on angie's list and they had great reviews and a deal for angie's list members. I called and booked a time they called the day of and confirmed the appt and asked if they could arrive early which was not a problem. He explained the whole process and one guy got up on the roof to inspect and sweep and the other man came inside and vacuumed and cleaned the fireplace.
