He went on the roof to inspect the chimney cap and stated it was dented (as indicated in home inspection) but stated it didn't require repair. Overall good experience, felt comfortable with the technician, and wasn't nickeled and dimed."

My walls have been, and continue to be, able to be wiped clean. I still did not need my walls touched up. He touched up my baseboards. They had some areas where paint had been chipped off by the vacuum hitting the baseboards, and 3 grandsons’ cars and trucks running into the baseboards. Garry estimated the time to a tea. No surprises:) Garry is coming back this month to do some exterior painting. He is very busy, so book early. He’s definitely worth the wait and competitively priced. Thank you, Garry!"
