He went on the roof to inspect the chimney cap and stated it was dented (as indicated in home inspection) but stated it didn't require repair. Overall good experience, felt comfortable with the technician, and wasn't nickeled and dimed."

They had some areas where paint had been chipped off by the vacuum hitting the baseboards, and 3 grandsons’ cars and trucks running into the baseboards. Garry estimated the time to a tea.
