Plus three of the four transition pieces have come loose. I contacted him and he said he would come by and fix it, it never did. When I contacted him again, he said he forgot but the fixes are super easy and he would pay me $50 to get someone else to do it because he was out of town. Don’t get these guys who do sloppy work

I have always heard how the dust will get all over everything and be there for months and months and will travel throughout the rest of your home. I read about this company, read all the reviews and feedback I could find, and watched all their videos. We talked to a ton of local floor installers and most of them agreed....Speedy is the best for removing tile! Speedy showed up right on time with a team of people and a ton of equipment and got right to work. Their equipment is loud....really loud. So we hid upstairs out of the way. But in 6 hours, all my tile was gone and all that was left was my beautiful flat concrete slab, ready for my new floor. Now, I did do a fair amount of prep before they came. I moved most of my furniture into my dining room (they moved my couch into the garage for me). Everything in my dining room was covered with sheets and tablecloths. Then I sealed the entrance to the dining room entirely with visqueen. When they were done, the dust that was left was like I had not dusted my house for a couple of weeks...just like they told me it would be. I did have to wipe down my kitchen a few times over the first week to ten days, but that really was the worst of it. The rest of the house just needed a regular dusting and after my new floors were installed and all my furniture moved back, I did another full round of housecleaning and had my a/c filter changed and now my house is 100% back to normal. I even have a few collector cabinets...absolutely no debris or dust in them from the floor removal either. So don't let worries about dust hold you back from removing old tile flooring anymore
