Tyler's crew was out first thing on Monday morning. The crew was so polite and and efficient. When I came home from work the crew was just finishing up, and other than the new unit in my garage and outside, you would never have know they were there. They cleaned up everything, answered all my questions, and helped me to figure out how to use the new thermostat in the house. We have signed the yearly service agreement with HomePros and are looking forward to a long relationship with Tyler and the HomePros crew."

"This story goes back a few months but I want you to have the complete context. Back in March 2022, I contacted SW Florida Electric to service the Briggs and Stratton generator at our home. The generator was installed well before we bought the house so I cannot comment on how it was serviced in the past. The technician came and gave the unit a clean bill of health but said he could not touch the regulator because that wasn't his job. He also suggested that we sign a three year service agreement because it would save us money. That made sense at the time given that the generator was important and I wanted to ensure it was looked after correctly. Fast forward to September and the arrival of Hurricane Ian. The generator failed after four hours leaving us without power for 3.5 days. When they came out to look at the unit about a week after the storm, I was told the unit was not worth fixing and they would send me a quote for replacing it. Strange that it was fine back in March when they took a $1,500 service contract for it but then when it failed to work, it was not worth fixing. They did provide a quote to replace it that was thousands of dollars more than competitive quotes. I wrote to them asking them to cancel the service contract. Nothing. No acknowledgement. Just crickets. I don't normally write bad reviews but these guys have stretched my patience. It's pretty simple really. I don't need a service contract for a generator that they say is not worth fixing so please refund my money."

I was very fortunate to come across SW FL Air Quality for a last-minute job that needed to be completed ASAP.
