We called on a Thursday requesting a quote on a complete A/C replacement. Tyler came out the same day. Tyler was very professional and answered all of my questions. My husband came home from work just as Tyler was finishing up, and he was happy to answer questions my husband had, as well. The quote for the complete replacement was in my e-mail inbox before the end of business that day. We accepted the quote and hired HomePro for the replacement. Tyler's crew was out first thing on Monday morning. The crew was so polite and and efficient. When I came home from work the crew was just finishing up, and other than the new unit in my garage and outside, you would never have know they were there. They cleaned up everything, answered all my questions, and helped me to figure out how to use the new thermostat in the house. We have signed the yearly service agreement with HomePros and are looking forward to a long relationship with Tyler and the HomePros crew.

Tyler came on time and stated that I sis not screw the filter in tight enough. He showed me and made me do it myself. He took took out the light cover so I could clean it and suggested that I try it myself. I was great full for his help. Would definitely hire them again.

Technician cleaned out drain, and had to return to install new drain tube. Was very upfront about the cost of other parts recommended by Samsung versus cost of new refrigerator. Decided not to install costly parts and see what happens. Refrigerator is working OK one week later.

Tyler was excellent!! Very kind, courteous and professional! He was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a great deal about the proper care of a washing machine and how it operates.

He diagnosed the problem, and determined that refrigerant had leaked and was low. Because of the type of refrigerant now in use in this type of appliance, he was unable to repair the device. He discounted his service slightly and advised us regarding replacement.

He got it back up to cooling but said it would only last about a month. Gave us good recommendations about what brand to buy (GE) and where. Amazed he answered his phone on Christmas Day and gave us tips to keep food cool until he could come the next day....which he did exactly on time! Tyler is wonderful

They were very prompt and professional. He told me up front what the cost would be and the very next day, he was back out installing the part in my dryer. He actually cleaned all of the lint out of my dryer, too.

The owner, Tyler, was the gentleman who did the repair. I was very impressed with him and his service. He was accountable, effective and I appreciated his productivity. He was professional in his presentation and his explanation of the situation and how to address it. The owner is a class act. He also has a great office staff, I always spoke with a lady on the phone. She was courteous, professional, always called to check on the project and let me know Tyler would be arriving in 30 minutes.

Tyler came at the allotted time every time he was out and was very professional and courteous. Ordered part for the fan motor and came back as soon as it was in. I also had him order the part for our ice maker which was not working and fixed that. I had to call him back for our built in microwave 3 days later, which turned out to be an easy fix. In all he was at our home 4 times in the past month and would call him back in a heart beat for any thing else that needed repaired. He was above and beyond and each time honest
