If I could give them 10 stars I would! Having been in the service and construction industries for over 20 years, I've dealt with a lot of providers and contractors. I was very fortunate to come across SW FL Air Quality for a last-minute job that needed to be completed ASAP. From my initial conversation with Laura and Abby in their office to working with Mike on a proposal and timeline, I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and overall attention that they give to their customers. Everything that I was told from Laura and Abby matched with Mike said and vice versa. Its not often that the office and field are on the same page but these guys were a cohesive team. Their pricing was fair and they were able to get to me exactly when they said (actually a day sooner), which was 45 days ahead of their competition. The workmanship, attention to detail, and knowledge from Mike and his crew is exactly what a contractor should provide. I was greatly impressed with everyone at SW FL Air Quality and if you live within 100 miles of their office, you are doing yourself or your customers a disservice if you dont use them. I will recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work...fan for life! We are very pleased with this company. They do our HVAC maintenance. When the time came, Chris and Mike installed our new system. Very competent, professional and courteous. The new tech, Dan, did our service yesterday and we are very impressed with Dan.

As I mentioned I do not live in town so I had to do everything by phone. This is a rental property in the cape, and they were great over the phone. They explained what they could and couldn't do and it all made sense to me. Basically I all I needed was a coil, but they explained that the equipment in the attic was significantly older than the unit on the outside of the house, and that the replacing the until in the attic with something more modern wouldn't work with the outside unit. They were willing to just replace the coli, but advised to get both parts (inside and out). I saw the unit in the attic when i was doing work on the house during the beginning of the year, and boy was it ancient . So I knew they were being honest. I also know when that ac compressor/condenser outside was purchased. After I gave them the green light they were out there the next day (sat). Permit pulled and all. I will using this company in the future.  Again, I have not seen the work, but the tenants have not complained about the A/C, and boy are they complainers. They complain about every little thing. So I can only assume its working. I will check the craftsmanship when I get over there, but I'm confident it will be up to par.

I scheduled a maintenance visit for my 5 ½ year old Lennox HVAC unit. Jamey, the service tech, arrived within the time window specified. Jamey was very knowledgeable and thorough. He performed the air conditioner tune-up as well as cleaning the unit thoroughly. He pointed out some major issues with my unit that likely should have been addressed by the company that had previously serviced my unit. He also suggested some additions to my unit that would help prevent corrosion and help with the air quality in my home. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I was very satisfied.  The worker seemed to know what they were doing.  They left the area clean and didn't leave a mess. The worker was on time.

Everything went according to plan.  Jonny (owner/operator) handled everything including arranging for the sprinkler system to be capped by another company (included in the above price).  We will be using SWF Air again to service our equipment and would recommend this business to others without hesitation.

They were very informative  and really accommodating since they had to give up the use of one of their vans for one week so it would cut the cost of barging in half for me. Since I live on North Captiva Island, which has no bridge, everything comes over here by barge. When I told Mike that another company had quoted  $300 for permitting alone, he said a permit cost only $79 and took five minutes to do on-line. The space where my old air handler was needed to be made larger and the old moldy dry wall was removed and they replaced it with some paneling so the new unit fit perfectly. It was a very neat and clean look to the whole space. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves. They did the whole job in the time they said it would take. After completing the job, Mike called me the morning the code inspector was scheduled to come to let me know that it was cancelled until the next week so I wouldn't be waiting around all day for him. The code inspector only comes on the island every Wednesday. That was very considerate--what I consider good service.

Company notified me it was time for maintenance. they arrived promptly within 2hour time frame specified.

To remedy the potential hazzards of excessive condensation, intallation of a mini-split was determined to be the best solution. Chris and Mike researched, handled all the sourcing, subcontracting and installation of complete turnkey of the new system. Additional UV lights were also intalled to futher mitigate conditions of potentially reduced air quality. As a result, excessive condensation conditions have been eliminated. Kudos for yet another fine job by the folks at SWFL Air Quality!

I had been having issues with managing climate in my studio since moving into the house 2 years ago. Working with Chris and Mike, a strategy was devised and deployed to utilize the existing SEER 16 systems with more efficiency to remedy the issue.  Results yielded a dramatic improvement of climate control in that are of the house.
Chris, Mike and their crew are always punctual, professional, and their services are reasonably priced for the quality of the results. I have retained SWFL Air for air quality services since moving into our home, and I will continue doing so for the forseeable future.
