We have them come out to do regular maintenance. They are a great company. Very knowledgeable. They get back to you right away.

The technician was very professional from the beginning. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and why it was needed. Walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. Everything was completed on time and the service was great. I had a bad experience with the technician I used last year with this company. Glad I gave them a second chance. I would definitely recommend them.

The team responded quickly to access my broken air conditioner and gave honest feedback about options. Kevin came the next day and got me on the schedule as soon as possible. The crew that installed the system was professional and courteous. Extremely happy with my new system and the follow up to the install. Would highly recommend!

Josh was very polite and spent a couple hours checking everything out and making adjustments to some drain hole issues the installer had not done lined up correctly, explaining to us why it needed to be adjusted so we could keep an eye on it. We were so pleased with his work that we signed up and paid ahead for next years annual maintenance contract.

They came out the next day after I called them. They checked it out and said it was running just fine. The service was no cost and was covered under a warranty. They are very, very good.

Job well done. Very professional work. First Class cleaned the entire mess when finished and followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure we were satisfied with our new ac unit.

The technicians who worked on my home did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. We had a Trane unit installed with a wireless thermostat that works with our smart devices. On the installation day, I was unable to meet the technicians at the end of the day to confirm the quality of the work. When I returned, they neatly laid out the instruction manuals for our new equipment, and the customer service folks scheduled a time the following week to check on us, making sure everything was working properly. I am super pleased with the experience, and when it is time to replace our upstairs unit, I'll make sure to use First Class again.

I have used them for like 9-10 years. They are great. I did at one time go with another company and they were not good so I went back to First Class. They are extremely responsive. They are top notch and been very good to us.

They do the job. We have a contract, and they come twice a year. Of course its expensive. They come twice a year, and keep it clean. They show up when they are suppose to. They installed the units.

excellent: completely stopped the water that had been leaking into our home.

They are nice, fast and prompt but then I paid a fortune. Seems ridiculous. The first part wasn't that bad although I would still say too high. $416. They determined it was a leak in a coil and put back in refrigerant. The coil was under warranty. They charged 852 for the work to install it which took approximately 2-2 1/2 hours. Really $400 per hour? That is nuts and there was no breakdown. That isn't the way they do it. They come for an hour $852, 2 hrs 852, 4 hrs 852. flat rate for coil replacement. They put the unit in, only 3 years old and over $1200 for one coil. Seems insane. Can't speak to the quality yet. I would assume it is fixed since it is working. The question seems to be how long. Not sure anyone else is cheaper but next time I think I might call around. I really trusted them when they put the unit in.... now not so much. Apparently there is no undecided button to pick for would you hire again!
