Horrible customer service. The two men they sent couldn?t move a couch in to my home. It was left in our garage and I was told they would have someone else come. They never came and never called. One employee parked his personal car in driveway and leaked oil all over the place. The company kept telling me that someone would call us regarding that. No one ever called. The worst company ever. I had another company come and move the couch in my house no problem. 2 men who knew what they were doing. DON?T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible experience with these movers. Poor communication, I requested for movers to come at 8am instead of 9am. Movers still showed up at 8. Movers were given the wrong address or they entered in the wrong address and got lost. They timed themselves when they start but they don't when they finish packing or arriving to the new location and attempted to force me to pay for their mistake of getting lost for over an hour which I had to call and fight it and was only compensated for 45 minutes of my time wasted for their mistake. It took them almost 3hrs to load up and 1hr to unload, they did what they had to do to run the clock up. One of the movers urinated in the toilet of my new address and didn't bother to flush. I was recommended 3 movers but that was because the men who mainly did the moving don't speak English so I essentially paid for a translator. I got charged for tape and all the boxes that were open had no tape on it. This is a scam service, i'll never use again.

Impeccable manners, on time, went above and beyond with arranging furniture and were preventative with damage.
