"terrible. very slow man.2 weeks, changed room fan,left messy, didn't install chains to change speeds. Installed vertical blind in living room. Didn't start, and abandoned doing camera installation. Made a number of excuses about needing a new phone and would call me when he got it. Texted saying it didn't come in, then abandoned job. I hired another vendor and got the job done. He is billing for completed work. I had to pay $200 to get the job he bid $90 for by Ray of Ray & Dan's Home Repair. He threatened to file a lien."

The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. The inspector told me that if these windows were installed in his home, he would take them to court for how bad of a job they did. Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them and will not honor the promise!"

Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."
