1 week before closing on our house a leak appeared around one window. He came in and figured the source and then cam back with his crew to repair and fix all the damage.

Edward came back 3 times to fix the doors that they installed. He tried blaming us for his mess. The door still isn't fixed and I hired another compny to fix his mess. Steer clear from these scam artists.

K&E was a pleasure to work with. They were in constant communication and arrived when they said they would. I'm very happy with the work they did, and I appreciated the before and after photos for the roof repairs. The pictures allowed me to feel confident the repairs were done. They actually had to repair what the previous company did when installing a new roof a couple of years ago. I will definitely use K&E again.

The garage ceiling was repaired by Mike and Ed. It looks so wonderful, it looks better than the original ceiling. It is better than brand new. They also repaired 2 sections of our roof, one that was leaking and one valley that was soft with rotted wood. Mike headed up the crew to get this done quickly and efficiently. We were amazed at how fast the repairs were completed and just how well it was done. The materials were high quality and matched the existing shingles. We would not hesitate to contact them again and in fact are planning on having our driveway repaired by K&E. We are very very happy with both their work and their professionalism.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my new exterior siding. I have K&E Repair Solutions to thank for that! Ed performed a detailed examination and review of my existing siding (Masonite). He and his crews removed the old siding and replaced it with Hardie plank. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The crew arrived on schedule and within several weeks, due to weather, the project was completed. The work flowed very smoothly. Everything that was promised, was delivered! They cleaned up the debris around the yard and were careful to get all the nails. Except for the sign in the yard and new siding you wouldn’t have known they were here! K & E Repair Solutions, did an excellent job for a home that needed roof repairs. I was impressed of the quick response I received from Mike. He was going out of town, but before leaving he made time to meet with me and check the work needed at the home. The work done, was professional done and clean. Mike was very responsive and personable. K&E repaired three leaks on our roof and replaced a dryer goose neck vent. They also sealed all exposed nails along the roof cap vents. Their crew was efficient and did quality work. No more leaks.

Mike Feliu was very responsive, providing a very competitive bid. He went out of his way to make the entire project go smoothly from start to finish, communicating and supplying pictures at during each step in the process. Very efficient and the roof looks fabulous. I will definitely use their services again.

Spent $14,020.87 to have K&E paint my house, install new French doors, repair deck, and build new doors for workshop attached to house. The French doors do not close properly at the bottom, leaving a gap where bugs can just walk in. The boards on the deck are popping up because they were not screwed down properly. The workshop doors leave a 1/2 in. gap between them in the middle and over an inch at the top and bottom.

They completed the job in one day and more importantly, scheduled the work to be completed the next morning after arriving to perform the estimate. We had a serious roof leak - water was pouring down the chimney and the stain on the ceiling was growing larger. This should have been fixed under our warranty - the roof was replaced 3 years ago. When the original roofer did not respond to my calls and emails, I contacted 4 professionals. All of the estimates were similar, but K&E arranged to complete the repair immediately. During the inspections, we also discovered that the squirrels had eaten all of the lead boots on the ventilation pipes. K&E also installed squirrel guards on the new lead boots which the other estimates did not include.

I initially requested vinyl flooring but was persuaded to install tile. He did an excellent job on the tile placement. But, when he came to finish up the grout he was in a huge hurry and was in and out in less than 3 minutes. I do have a small bathroom. We contacted Ed and Mike with K&E Repair Solutions, LLC. They were able to come out the same day and give an estimate for the scope of the work needed. Once we approved the estimate, the guys were able to come out immediately and start work on the apartment upstairs. Jason found that the floor in the bathroom had to be replaced, from the leaking, and the shower, especially around the fixtures had to be resealed to address the leaking. He was very professional and finished the work rather quickly. They also had a guy come out and inspect our AC units; which were old and needed to have parts replaced and be cleaned. They found that the exterior AC units on our roof were not properly installed for being on the roof and the drainage was damaging the roof, causing constant damage to the roll roofing. We had the entire roof replace less than 2 years prior and that contractor never addressed the cause of the leak, nor sealed the edges properly. Alonso and Mike with K&E Repair Solutions came out on a Saturday and tore off all the damaged roofing (about half of the roof), moved the AC units and reinstalled them properly to have the drainage not wear into the roof. Before the repairs were done we would pray it wouldn't rain, at least not on our little square of the world. Since the repairs have been done, we have had no issues at all with leaking; not from the roof nor the apartment upstairs, which after so long is really amazing. The guys were very friendly, professional and prompt. We have used them for other smaller jobs. We have been very pleased with the outcomes and will use them again for future jobs. NEVER GO CHEAP!!! Almost all of the work we needed done has previously been done over and over again, by the cheapest contractor we could find... which has cost us more than 2-3 times what getting it done right with K&E Repair Solutions cost us. Yes, the cost was broken up over a couple of years but just the aggravation and damage alone was insane. The original contractors gave us 3 year (or less) warranties, NEVER came back when there was a problem; which there was always a problem almost immediately.

Ed was highly recommended to me by a work colleague who lives nearby. Ed and his crew reroofed my house, fixed damaged sections of my cedar lanai,and did some other minor repairs. I was very impressed by his and his crew's professionalism, fair pricing, great work, and customer service, including his rapid response time (always got back to me quickly, whenever I called or texted). He will definitely be my first choice when I need more work done.

I was extremely pleased. Both houses were given a thorough cleaning---bathrooms, fans refridgerators, stove/oven, microwave, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, plus more. The workers began on time and did not stop until everything was completed. They even cleaned some things twice just to make sure it was a clean as possible. After they were finished we walked around to check what had been done. At that time suggestions were given to me on how to make routine cleaning easier.

I have a tendency to be critical. We were very pleased with K&E's work.
