"By all means register for semi-annual A/C check-ups to have your unit cleaned inside and out.( Itâ s like a cleaning 2 times a year from your dentist). And by all means try and secure Jeremy the service technician. Heâ s a professional dude. Iâ ve used this company (UR) for our business in Auburndale from 1984-2008 and our home units since 1986. Nothings cheap anymore but you do get discounts as a member of their maintenance club."

"Rick did a fantastic job. He came November 2025 and removed mold from the ducts. He even washed all the a/c vents. We now have clean air, no mold and our home doesn’t even need to be dusted.
