They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. I had never dealt with a roofing company before, so I did my homework and went with the company due to their high ratings across the board. It wasn't cheap, but that's not necessarily what I was looking for. Quality work with a company that has a history in the area, proven track record and a roof that comes with a guarantee. They hit all of my expectations and I couldn't be happier. I can again feel secure in my home without the worry of leaks. I appreciate the company and the team that did such a wonderful job and they will always receive my highest recommendation if anyone asks who did my roof. "We started a siding and windows job on our home in early 2024. $100k later, the job is still incomplete and it’s impossible to get them to actually follow through on their commitment to finish the job. Never mind the fact that now the windows are leaking and to them, it’s clearly no big deal because I notified them on April 1st and Will, their General Manager, said that someone would be out to check it out and I haven’t heard from anyone since. I’ve emailed the owner to no avail and in the beginning was told by their Sales person, Heather, that customer service is “their thing.” Yeah right, they got what they wanted out of us and that was it. I’ve tried to be patient but at the point, I’m over it. This is terrible customer service to say the least. They talk a big game in the beginning but just be cautious, they don’t care as much as they say they do."

"Gave Phillip Stone cash for screen replacement in Nov 2024. Also wanted lattice replaced. He never came and did the job. He stayed silent from me until I contacted his boss who was very rude to me telling me it was a side job nothing to do with him. I have many text messages mostly from me to Phil and he acknowledges he owes me the money. It's been one excuse after another saying he was coming Nov Dec then Feb. Then he said he was going to mail it to me. Then it was when he got his first paycheck whatever that meant. He was working for Gier Roofing at the time of my initial conversation about repairs. Today is June 25 2025. I still haven't seen my money. I live on a fixed income and have been taken advantage of. Of course I've paid someone else to do the work and I've texted Phil about it and he just ignores me. Maybe they do good work with Paul but never ask if they do other jobs besides roofing especially dishonest employee like Phil. Where is my money?.My next move court."
